Was a really good day. We all met up at the Museum and had a good mooch around, left about 13:30 and drove to Henley-in-Arden for ice cream. Then a short drive down to Wooton Wawen to a pub car park (Where Bills pic was taken) and prizes were given out. Then into the bar for a swift half and off back home again

We timed the swift half perfectly as the heavens opened while we were in there and it had been dry all day

You never told me we were having a swift half or I would have squeezed another half-hour out.

We weren't going to Graham, I decided I was gonna have a swift half before goin' home and apologise to the landlord for taking over his car park but you'd already gone then and I was followed in by the rest. I'll pass you your swift half at the national ;)

sorry i did post yesterday... or rather i tried to
day did not go well, had to jump the mini to start it as the dynamo need some serious attention.
got the trav out and swapped wheels on the front as the tyres are worn on the inside due to poor tracking, drove to fitter to get tracking done, and they don't even know what the car is (you can't get 'better' than this fitter). they measure the tracking and because its more than 10mm out each side declare they can't touch it mate cause its too far out. Now on a modern car perhaps that might indicate chassis damage, but on an older car that recently was rebushed thats got to be almost nothing. anyway off to find another garage but they were too busy to fit me in there and then. And then the heavens opened ;-(
sorry did want to come and would have been up in the mini if it was well enough, but last straw was getting soaked to skin. hope to get to a proper garage witht he trav before the week is out.
