I have some halogens on mine which were fitted to my mums sprite in the 80's, the sprite got taken off the road in 84, and i put the halogens on the mog this winter... they had not rusted at all.....
oh... and the sprite has been stored under a tarp rather than a nice dry garage for the last 8 or 9 years....
