If it's got trouble stopping - chase up the 9" drums from the front of a Wolsely 1500. Still a 'period' mod - very easily fitted, and the car WILL stop!

Not a member yet, but my mother has been for donkeys years - she has a 1963 Minor which she refuses to allow me to begin restoring.

Im trying to be a member, but having problems with the online payment people, keep getting unauthorised by card issuer messages but my bank insists they have not had a request for payment.
I will phone Liz, she sent me a nice email and get it sorted but may be worth having a word your end too

I joined last week using the online payment - it went through 1st time no problem and thats unusual as it was a business visa card which often gives problems - ie some systems want card holders name some want the business name so sometimes it can embarrassingly get rejected.
Anyway it worked fine, would re-itterate though that if paypal was a payment option you sure might get a few more join up because its so simple.
Would just like to point out to anyone thinking of joining but hasn't, that its worth doing so just for the amazing deal you get on insurance as a club member - more than pays for the membership !
