Hope all is going well in case any on the road read this -
See from Alex's blog he Crossed Forth RB. & arrived Glendevon YH
So thats good progress.

Weathers not too bad up here, bit damp but not the normal ferocious wind so lets hope it holds out for the next couple of days.

Off to the butchers shortly, stock up on some BBQ ingredients, most shops are closed for the day today or just open for a few hours this morning as its count show day.
Occurred that an impromptu BBQ might be in order tonight or tomorrow, not to mention the obligatory world renowned cordon bleau Fry Ups for the brave campers

Hopefully see you all at the ferry later, if anyone gets an earlier one and has time to kill then pop by - only a stones throw from Ring of Brodgar Maes Howe.

In fact here are directions just in case.

On the main road from Kirkwall to stromness you get to Maes Howe and the carpark tourist info centre in the mill building on teh left hand side of the road.
You need to turn right before that - theres a craft trail & picnic area site - down that road about a mile, you will see a giant ham radio ariel, turn left and past there, i'm on the right up the track.
Cant miss the place - look for the grass roof :D

Funny old place, innit
Can see the fog from here now, more of a sea mist over scapa flow - looks like a flat calm crossing and nothing to look at for them.
