It is a bit like copper, but would it really matter what I'd use?
If I had the measurements, could you fabricate one?

Errr NO ! I can't get my own work done nevermind additional !! I have found some stainless mesh - but it looks a bit too fine. I would worry that thick cold oil would not run through fast enough - i'll keep looking.
