ive heared a few different things about the paint being available...ive been told they are stopping all the paint and going to water based which is mixed with normal tape water and dried by air dyers...also that cell paint is being stopped but also that is only available to old classic cars
with the cost of a respray ...if the price is cheap then its a cheap job you get and if high price its a better job...but ive seen on other forums that thats not always the case!!
you have to know whats envolved in that price ...
do they prep or do they just spray the car and then you have materials and their time etc
if you did it your self the cost will be cheaper than than if you got it pro to do it ...the key is having it hot enough for the paint to be baked on,and being able to spray it with out hick up's,and having all the tools to do it your self..........
you are looking at least £200 - £300 for paint/different thinner's/primmer/rubbing compounds etc
the most amount of time is spent in prep work...the spraying part is the easy part
