Sounds like the arc of movement of the operating arm is pushing the bearing carrier against the input shaft sleeve , I suspect the geometry needs re-thinking ?

Hello to all that have been giving advice on my clutch problems. engine and box now out.
Will be at the rally this weekend in myrtle DAU 107 C green 2 door saloon would be nice to put some names to faces
