Burlen sent me a schematic of parts with numbers. It helps and shows that cover as part of a float bowl sundries kit.
Alternatively, maybe something could be easily fabricated from a piece of cardboard etc?
Well let's not get distracted by heatshields, and I do hope you're not considering cardboard for something I explained was to stop fuel squirting out.....

When you're done watch 3-4 hours of AC Dodd on Youtube. With near 80% of what you'll read about SUs on forums being wrong or down-right damaging, he changes how you view your fuelling and ignition. And thus how you see and use your classic. 3-4 hous mind... not less.

Your current needle/oil/damper is wrong and you're about to grasp why... Highly recommended.

Then, about £80-100 - buy a WB.
