Yup, on the vans and PUs there's 2 bits which aren't on any other models - and we're excluding the floors/boots/beds this time...

Well I would go for the bits behind some of the interior trim, as Andrews solution would not apply to convertibles, but come to think of it mine wont apply to commercials just as the rear of the back seats wood not apply either.

Aha, well now you mention there are four, you must mean the bits that blank where the rear door hinges should be on the back of the B pillars

Yup, the LCVs used four-door B posts, and the rear hinge holes were blanked off with a bit of ply.
