Thanks to all the help and advice here, I now have working indicators, hazard warning lights and...working trafficators! The latter can be switched off when travelling over 50mph as they struggle to combat the wind resistance! I made up my own bracket from a piece of aluminium angle bracket left over from fitting my garage solar panel and now have the trafficator, hazard switches and screen wash on the same bracket tucked neatly under the dashboard.

Very smart but if it isn't too picky to say, I think the cable management behind could be a bit nicer.

Have you seen these little self adhesive anchors? You stick them on and then you attach a cable tie. https://www.autoelectricsupplies.co.uk/ ... tie-mounts

Yes, it is not the tidiest, but is behind/underneath and out of sight unless you lie on the floor and look up! But something to work on later.

True enough you can't see it but I had a bit of untidiness in the same area and it made pulling the bonnet release annoying.

I had the same when I fitted my Hazard Sw. I used some spiral cable wrapping that I had going unused.

That was exactly my situation.

It may look a bit untidy near the switches, but all the cables are tied up out of the way and some wrapped in sleeving behind the dash. There are none hanging down to interfere with the bonnet pull.

Fair enough! I do love your switch panel. It looks excellent. I also like how you've split the Lucas SFB300 hazard unit into the switch part and the flasher unit part. That is what I did too. I had far too many opportunities to use the hazards recently and they are a great addition.
