They look to have been altered/modified by someone.
Gray paint finish except for the straight cuts on the end with saw marks...?
I'm adding a couple of photos just for a record once the advert has gone...
Somebody might recognise them at a future date...

I’ve mailed the seller, just for the hell of it. See if they reply, they probably don’t know. The brackets have been hacked about.

They look very similar to the centres of the quarter light hinges.

I think they maybe seat belt bracket for convertible.

The seller heard mention they were something to do with the seats but couldn’t be sure. So you could be right Bill.

Bill is right in that they are the strengthening back strips for under the rear side windows when fitting factory seat belts to a Morris Minor convertible.

Interesting. Where do they go though? These are not the original seatbelts but my car did have seatbelts fitted from new.

Behind the panel where your factory fit mounting is. According to the manual they were used on old belts with two fixings.As pic I posted.
I assume before the adaption of the universal 5/16 standard single bolt fixing.
