I always chuckle at " would make good wedding car".
Often turns out that they have mis-spelt "welding".

Have found in the past that the 'timewaster is in fact the seller! Inaccurate/ optimistic/ downright lie of a description, and then transfer the guilt to you when you say 'this ain't for me'.

I went with a mate to buy a motorhome, advert on ebay,
it looked great, but before bidding as it was "only" 50 miles away I took him,
the photos must have been 10 years old, it was a mess inside massive leaks and rusty underneath,
as we left he called us timewasters,
