The rust adjacent to the spring hanger looks more worrying, it's rusting from the inside out and it looks like there may have been some welding around the hanger bracket already.

The good news is the widely available repair section covers all of that though unfortunately there is likely to be some corrosion to the inner structure above it as well.

To weld it the back seat base, rear of the carpet and the quarter trim need to come out.

I'll have to check, but I think both rear spring hangers were done, although that is now over 30 years ago. I don't think it's a job that I, as a novice at welding, could do.

With the spring hanger area removed. Inner sill is not too bad, rear seat kick panel and floor were also rusty and cut out, you then have the boxing plate which needed a few small repairs and behind that the outer bodyside which was replaced completely.
With the inner sill repaired front of seat kick still needs replacing
Finaly with the repair section in, it needs to be welded to the inner sill with plug welds
Painted but still needed the froor and kick panel doing from above.
