Tbh, wasn't going to use this site again as I find facebook more appreciative & encouraging of the work & research I undertake.

Was to inform what was current status of the "Minor ID Booklet".

The long standing members of MMOC are well aware there is no other motive than progressive research by divulging vehicle details to me, however, others DO, and I find this upsetting.

You’ve only got to look at the lcv register forum to see what going to Facebook has done.

On the new forum, the emphasis seems to be on "Events" & "Modifications" - both of which bores me silly - and the most important ingredient of "enthusiasm" & "fun" has dissappeared!

Wouldn't entirely blame fb, it's simply NOT user friendly and some queries go unanswered.

MUST have enjoyment with ANY hobby, if not, it becomes a chore & the ultimitely the enthusiasm is lost!

What new forum is this? If you mean the lcv one, the last events post was the middle of 2019 ! They’ve all gone to this Facebook, we don’t want to suffer the same fate here. From what I hear there’s no fun on Facebook.

We post as many contemporary pics as possible, in general, LCV fans have a preference for pics taken in the '60s or '70s.
