As above, hope that the new petrol will soften the blocked filter and then some gentle air pressure to shift the blockage.
Another guy on here had sealed his tank and blocked the filter in the process, he poked wire down until he punctured the gauze on the filter to let the petrol through.

I had the same problem recently, did the same as David recommended. Add petrol leave overnight then swish the petrol around and use an airline on the petrol pipe connection. It does eventually clear.

A small result.[frame]

I have put 4 bar on the pipe for a few hours, and a little noise is coming from the tank.
Now I have to wait a little bit longer ;)

May have better results if you remove the pipe from the tank and put it on direct?

Tomorrow I try to get Forte Fuel System Cleaner, this product should work for cleaning inside old tanks..
Someone tried this?

Now I tried it; with success....[frame]

First a few hours with 4 bar on the pipe, and as finish the Forte Fuel system cleaner in the tank.
Another waiting, and start pumping again, there was fuel, but also a leak in the old hose from the pump to the carb...
After filling the carburettor, stopped with pumping, and start the engine.
And running!
Now first a new hose, some cabling, some working for the boss, and maybe this summer driving ;)

Today I went with the old fuel hose to a hose company, to make the new hose as original as possible.
because I have one spare, two leaking hoses are new now:[frame]

All up and running now, so first I have to finish the electrical wiring..
