It is entirely possible it was highland morris/bluemorris68, however, given that the grammar was fine in the advert (unlike his usual nonsense) it may not have been (possible he got a schoolkid to write his hoax advert though
). I have his full address if anyone wants to pm me.
He was banned on the MMO for basically abusing members and bad language.

The fact proper photos weren't shown should have been a big enough clue. Think about it,who gives away a decent BT van and who doesn't inspect a garage before they buy a house, it could be full of chemical waste !! He or She needs to get a proper hobby instead of ruining everybody else's.

Nothing to stop him signing up over and over again.I have no idea if the system checks email addresses that have been used before on joining this forum but it wouldnt matter if it did,there are plenty of websites where you can instantly get a free and anonymous email address.

well i got a free minor a while back,
but it was nearly in 2 big sections when we tried to pull it out of a garden

Last two free moggies to me, one ended up costing £3000 to get looking nice, and double that more recently to its latest owner (and its still not quite done ) + three engines, cannot complain over the 50000 miles done on that.
The other was 'free' MOT less and cost £1000 to get back as runner (well I did borrow quite a few bits off it for a van I had at the time then needed to replace them) I used it for 18months and sold it on, its still going , but still cost a net £600 (thank goodness for the zero VED rate most of these vehicles.

Hippyjoe gave me a run-around about meeting up some distance away when I enquired if I could have a spare engine. But I too noticed the initial post was pretty good for speling and dicshon... I didn't get anything 'foul mouthed' - but there we go - I did wonder if it was all nonsense. Quite a 'wind up' with TWO free vehicles offered.....and lots of 'detail'. I'm still up for a spare engine Peter if there really is one going....

happyjoe was saying all the right things that people want to here,van,no welding, good body, free. i have seen this happen in a previous life and got caught myself, i hope no one travelled to see them.

Strange that OP has a grudge against some individual or the MMOC but is taking it out on random people who haven't done anything to him.
As for free Minors, it's often but not always the case that you will pay either with money or time. (or time and money!) Some people have more time and some more money.
