Thanks 'Many Minors' you are absolutely right, although I didn't know that when I first had the van. I thought a previous owner had swiped the van wheels for their own use and fitted the standard wheels.
I bought a set of second hand van wheels from a MMOC member in Bolton and fitted them with a new set of 165 tyres for maximum grip.
This was because I'd also fitted a tow bar to the van to tow a caravan around France in 2017 before heading North to join the Minors On Tour at saint cast Le Guildo in Brittany. In preparation for the trip I also changed the 1098 engine for a 1.3 Marina unit, fitted poly bushes, a brake servo and a rear view camera.
In December 2018 I 'modernised' the van by fitting an FM radio.
