Mr Manky is now fully road legal, and about to go on his first shopping trip to the local supermarket for years.
No doubt he will get a bit of attention from the shoppers there.
Once that has been done I will take him for a spin to the local common for a photoshoot to let him see the countryside again and cheer him up!
I just need to fettle his tuning to try and get the 0-60 time up a bit!

Just a heads up on the current situation re Mr Manky.
I have been informed of a very early 1 owner, low miles Rover P6B,"V8",on a farm, and stored in a garage for the last 30yrs that I really would like to get my hands on if it turns out to be as described!
I hope to investigate, view, and possibly do a deal for it this weekend, therefore Mr Manky may well be up for sale very soon,as I have limited space!
If there is anyone who maybe interested in Mr Manky, drop me a PM,and if/when the time comes,I will contact you.
Cheers Dave

Rover p6

had about 6 and never rated them that highly the handling is awful.I would go for a nice Ford Corsair 2000e and I just might know where there is one at the right money

Depends on how you drive them, and if the susp was Fk'ed or not!
We had a 1969 2yr old 2000E corsair when I was 12 and it was nowt but trouble, dad got shot of it within 3 months for a 1970 Rover 2000TC,that was dad work car for 6 yrs, then he gave it to me for my 18th when he got a company car!
Mum had the G reg Morris Traveller for family use from 1972-77 then bought a Mk3 Cortina.
