Thank you for the tip and the diagram.
Now i have a new problem, break lights are not working.
Are the back break lights conected to the indicator relais? How does it work+

Disconnect the two wires frm the brake light switch, bottom RH side of the rad, and connect them together. Switch ignition on and if the brake lights come on then the switch is faulty

Done that but still not working,are the cables for the rear lights the same as for the indicators? or should be a extra wire?
(rear light-2 wires +ground) (wiring loon 3 wires + ground) it is for an export LHD from 56 to 61.

Look at page N.31 of the BMC manual, methinks that is the proper wiring diagram for your car.

If your car only has red lights at the rear - then the brake lights and indicators share the same bulbs - the brake lights should come on when the brake is used (and Ign ON) and the indicators will 'interrupt' the flow of current to the appropriate lamp, or will light up the lamp if brakes are not in use. Start by checking fuses -and bulb filaments.
