I've just bought a 1964 MM, she needs a bit of work and hasn't been driven for a year. She started on the button! Fingers crossed she will do the same when she's all cleaned up

If the Mog's that far gone, why not break it for spares? You'd probably get more for it that way. Seems a bit sad I know, but remember that you can't save 'em all......sometimes, a car just needs putting out of its misery
