No markings except "MOD. DEP." on the top casting. I don't remember where I found it, most likely Ebay under Sprite, Midget, Classic Mini etc. I remember it was about $40 USD.

Can pick used examples up for a fiver at autojumbles, and as bmce says practically any will fit.

Autojumbles are a bit thin on the ground in Sri Lanka unfortunately.
