G'day Lance

- great to see some participation from the Antipodes (why are they called that anyway - or is that just another question to answer?) Talking of which, here are the answers to Welshrat's tricky ones:
Speedy Gonzalez had a cousing named slow poke rodriguez and two friends who were often drunk (on a kids programme too - aah the permissive seventies) called Pablo and Fernando
Evil Edna lived in Doyley Woods along with Willo the Wisp and, to the best of my knowledge, the Vulture Squadron did catch the pigeon briefly on a couple of occasions but Muttley always messed something up which meant that the pigeon escaped. Muttley, of course, always demanded a medal!! It was a bit like the episode when Wiley Coyote actually caught the road runner then put up a sign that said - 'Now what do I do? [frame]

Here's the 'team pic' of the Ant Hill Mob in 'Wacky Races' guise too
left to right Mac, Danny, Ring-a-Ding, Clyde, Rug-Bug Benny, Willy and Kirby and, of course, Chug -a Boom

In the Perils of Penelope Pitstop the same guys were called Dum Dum, Pockets, Snoozy, Softy, Clyde, Yak Yak and Zippy.[frame]

Let's not even start on Top Cat, Trumpton (Camberwick Green and Chigley), Andy Pandy, the Woodentops, Pogles Wood or Mary Mungo and Midge!!!.
It's been fun guys but I guess this is a car forum not a haven for sads like me who just loved the 70's kids shows so will leave this post as my last on kids TV
Might see some at the NEC tomorrow - you know what I look like so please say hi if you're there
