Horrace - one day I'll have the time to strip mine down and do a " proper job " so that my pick-up looks like yours or David's will when he has finished his. Mine is a tad rough but structurally sound - I think!
I just want to get some use out of mine, taking my lad to and from college, without having to worry too much about what it looks like. A previous owner has brush painted it in Fordson Tractor Blue and it looks fine - from a distance.
So all the work I have done over the last six months has been structural or mechanical.
Have bolted the belts and seats back in now and can see that they have been placed where they are because the seat belts themselves are quite short. I wont be able to drive it if I put on any weight.
