Well yes but when you first tell them that a cable has been brought down from a pole and that your phone is off you don't expect them to yes but have you tried plugging it in else where :(

I specs they have to ask and answer all the questions put forward by a COMPUTER! Else they can't move on to the next screenfull...

It isn't I.T., it's more like how accountants work.
How can we pay as little as possible to support our customers = pay people in India, or where ever wages are low and English is spoken, to read questions off a screen.
Low wages, no training needed, win win as far as money men are concerned.
Don't blame IT, or the person on the end of the phone, take a look at the shareholders, the accountants and the board.
