success i think!
well it was a couple of simultaneous problems i think
firstly the AA man bent the lever on the float chamber saying that it shouldnt be that bent.....it was supposed to be that bent
secondly the air filter housing had rotated round so that the intake was pressed hard up against the manifold and not enough air was getting in, its all nice and tight now though!i think this was the original problem, just dumb ass me didnt spot it until i took it off to check the piston movement for the 5th time....
well im glad ive got it sorted now *touch wood* its been driving fine all day so im a pretty happy chappy now!
