The Old respray was done about 2 years ago (i think) and im sure it wasn't done that well but it looks ok. The new respray is in 2-pac, and we were trying the wings in cellulose. It doesn't look that bad, but you can see the difference in my profile pic :? the body colour is slightly greener thant the wings

You have answered the main problem, 2 pack is by nature a lot glossier/plastic looking than cellulose which has a deeper type of sheen and although 2 pack is more durable as has been mentioned before does not look somehow quite right on the dear old Moggie and as Brixton said its not so easy to repair in part.

but the 2pac seems to be greener, could this mean its snowberry white rather than OEW?

MATT THE SIMPLE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IS YES-Old english white has a hint of RED-Snowberry white has a hint of GREEN, I myself run a traveller 1969 and she is Snowberry white,My mate in the East Lancs club ownes a saloon which is Old english white, Park them side by side and you will notice how different the two colours are. then theres the final laquer coat, mixed with hardener which gives the shine and goes off ofter a few years of sun, with too much hardner it also cracks
