Is it a total faux pas to change the paint colour of a moggy?

Noooooo it's your car! Paint it whatever colour you like. We're here because we love them and want to keep them on the road, whatever the colour.

Your car, your choice of colour! There are plenty in the standard colours so its nice to see something different.

I'd agree with Dale, were it my car to paint -- maybe a deep metal purple?

Personally, my favorite color (of the traditional colors) for a Minor is the old Trafalgar Blue, but mine is Maroon B and I love that too. The dark green, whatever it's called, is nice. But you may think about a metallic, like Dale said, or any number of other options -- you can do anything with modern paints! Make it look like a dragon if you like!

But whatever you do, if you do it, make sure to post photos on here! Nothing makes us happier than seeing each other's Moggies.
