Looks good to me Roger. Bet we could put on a good display
automatic entry into best club stand awards
The deadline for booking is 31st July so we better decide soon... hopefully there are still some 'larger plots' as I'm sure we'll get more than 10 cars.

I'll go along with whatever - but I'm thinking that a) 9.30 looks a bit early, and b) we have an opportunity to participate in the MK classic scene at Woburn the week before.
I'll support whatever is agreed (I'm really grateful that there are people on the forum organising stuff), just playing devil's advocate.
Cheers,
Paul.

TBH you can count me in for anything on a Sunday. Pretty much regardless of venue.
Keith wrote:Pitstone museum is worth a visit. We planned to go there on the MM Rally, but it was shut due to the village fete.
Camping is free at Studham for the web site members on the rally, there is electrical hook up, loos and hot and cold water...
I would like some notice if possible, so not to book up other caravans/campers on the day in question...anyway the offer is open.....
regards Keith
Hold on, are you the boss man there then?

I agree that a 9.30am start is a bit early for those that are not local to Milton Keynes. Also, the last website rally was at Bletchley, just outside Milton Keynes, so it might be nice to hold it somewhere different this time. Website members are based all over the country, so it will be difficult to find a location that pleases everyone, but if the rally location is varied, like the National, it will give more people a chance to attend. Holding it in the same location as last time is likely to result in pretty much the same attendees as the last website rally. Not saying that this is a bad thing but it would be nice to include some other members and meet new faces

How many people want to camp? Keith has offered free camping.
I'll give it a miss myself - I quite like you lot but I don't want to sleep with you.
If a number want to camp then we should go for a venue near the campsite.
If not we could all go to the Leicester Branch meet (if they will have us) at
STONEHURST FARM and Harrymango can be in two places at once!
OR AND I LIKE THIS OPTION
We all go to the
Kensworth Car Show on September 6th I can book a club stand there and if people want to camp its close to Studham. I could organise something for Saturday to make a weekend of it!

The 6th September clashes with the North London & Middlesex branch rally at Capel Manor which quite a few people from here regularly attend. Lots of Minors and loads of other classic cars, autojumble, Minor traders, brass band, house & gardens to visit, things to keep the children amused and a restaurant. No free camping though.

I think we could find room to squeeze you all in

(in fact for once we have plenty of space this year) & we have an open category with no entrants yet just waiting for an MGB
I did put a post in the Branch Forum re the Leicester Branch Rally

but I thought you were all trying to tell me something

Please PM email address & I can send entry forms

Stonehurst farm looks good to me, as Lou says it is fairer to accomodate those of a Northern persuasion seeing as the last web rally was near MK and the national was so far south.
Family-friendliness is a bonus, too.
Cheers,
Paul.
