Lou has already stated that the rally organisers will be leaving for the National tomorrow morning so anyone planning on posting off their entry form today, as per the original poster, are unlikely to get their documents back by Thursday. Those wishing to attend the rally who have not pre-booked can just turn up and pay on the gate.
