I know where the filler cap is at the top. Is there a drain cap at the bottom or do you have to take them out to drain the oil?
I'm glad someone else said that as I have no idea never having done it before......

Well, if you insist
There is a bolt at the bottom which to remove to drain the dampers....

But it also contains the little valve components - so just take care to NOT lose them when you take the bolt out! Then bounce the car and the smelly old oil should run out. Flush through with the new oil a couple of times before refitting the valve assembly - then top up with more bouncing to expel air - leave a small expansion space in the damper - and recheck/refill in a week's time.
Lever arm dampers are fine - don't see why 'teles' are considered better - unless going for adjustable units. At least the lever arms are adjustable - just change the oil - or modify the valve assembly.
