Have you seen the price of those though just use the earlier gate valve.

Then the 3.7 diff goes in....and the work is finished.

Err dont forget the speedo will be out.

Yes - they are stupidly expensive new - I was assuming second-hand! Indeed I have the gate valve on mine. The 3.73 diff - speedo readings should be very close (I hope) with a 1248 tpm Mini speedo. Mine was ~ £3 from ebay. Looks identical in situ - sharp eyed would notice an additional green warning light position at the 12 o'clock position, so far unused in my car.
