Yes, I love the really old ones (1950's) which the driver/owners have repainted. Did the trip up to Mellieha last time in one, then over to Gozo for the day. Walked up to Ta'Pinu with the roads lined in Spring flowers wonderfu!

Is anyone starting a Maltese Bus Preservation Society? We travelled everywhere by bus when we were there on holiday a couple of years ago. I always tried to choose the oldest most decorated bus. The fares cost only a few pence to anywhere on the island.
Is that model shop still in Valletta with the 1/43 Morris Minor Series MM for £40?
