Hell no!

Sams Poundhouse Devon Cider!

Strongbow is orrid overprocessed wee. Likewise blackthorns!

Blackthorns is for girls.

Strongbow: great concept, bad execution, due to the manufacturers' decision to use sweeteners rather than sugar because of their relative cost  Still the best draught cider around, though.

"Sam's Poundhouse Devon Cider" *makes a note*

If I'm in a pub I'm not drinking cider! Far nicer pub beverages!

A good cider through can be very refreshing if the mood takes me

Ive found that a lot of pubs in the sough struggle to get a decent pint on ale because they dont use the aerators on the pump. Up north its the done thing and pints tend to be fairly constant up there.
if you like a good solid ale then theres a brewery in wilts called arkells and they do an ale called 6x and its halfway to a guinness

No problem. 8)

It will be available from the beginning of December (ie. after I get back from the AGM). Send me a PM when you're ready to come over and I'll supply directions.

PS. buy Wibble the drink as she's the one transporting it 300 miles. :D
