I use mine everyday for work, dual carriageway maybe the same one you use (A13). Mine is an unmodified 948cc, it does in excess of 13,000 miles a year no problem. As long as you keep it well maintained it will not let you down.

We bought our '65 4-door specifically to use as a daily driver - it's my wife's main car! Only does relatively short runs though. No problems so far, but then it's only been a few weeks!

good to hear ,
hopefully soon the A13 will have a couple of minors going up and down .
i am now planning to get my current 4 door on the road quickly to start using for work until i can get a traveller .
