I used to carry a couple of screwdrivers, a roll of PVC tape, a can of WD40 and two litres of water. I only had to call the RAC once when I went out without a screwdriver or my penknife and my fuel pump gave up.

i have a tool kit rad hoses spare fuel pump a rope plug leads rotor arm and dizzy cap and plugs,thats it

The ditch genuinely wasn't me!!! :o I would appeal to Holden but he's scadded off on a jolly somewhere.

Go on then, who reversed into a garage? Sounds so innocuous till you read it twice :D

I reversed into someone's ornamental well once. They were very nice about it. Griff once reversed my dad's landrover at about 20 mph into a sheep trough, converting it neatly but unpopularly into a sheep fountain. He was reversing speedily in an attempt to get clear of a very muddy patch in a field he'd driven into to rescue an injured swan... oh it's a long story.
