I used to have a pair of Acoustic research speakers in my old Austin 1100, while at Poly, fandabydozey sound :lol: 8)

oooo I will deffinetly have to make sure I see that one! Its been done so well and looks so profesional. cream dials, lovely seats and love the little touches like the interior lights on the wooden covered B pillars :D :D yum yum!! lol I obsess over these cars way too much!

lol yes I have to agree, unless you are preapaired to make some speaker boxes to fit in a particular space the best way forward is to use bookshelf speakers. its amazing how the sound if directed off the floor and it sounds like there are speakers everywhere!!

If you ARE willing to make a speaker box however, a while ago I made a box that sits on the rear parcel shelf! It a very thin tall box that has 4x 4" drivers i think. sits in the gap very well, and the rear window acts as a very good 'sound shield to direct the noise into the car. Will take come pics if i can when im back at home next week!
