It is true that Spitfire/Dolomite overdrive gearboxes are always in demand, they do still turn up. I have seen a few Minors with the Marina single rail box fitted so presumably the Triumph overdrive versions of the box can be fitted with some work.
Overdrive is a pleasure to use and it is a shame they fell from favour.
