Welcome to the forum - very easy to do - take the weight of the suspension under the lower arm - undo the front nut on the top link and pull/twist the arm forward off the spindle in the damper arm. Fit the new bushes (but note - POLYURETHANE bushes are MUCH better here and cost very little) - refit and tighten the nut! Simples !!

ahh sounds simple , but just to be annoying should i fit the bushes in the eyebolt first then try to put the pin through or what ?

The pin is fixed in the damper - you pull the eye off the pin.......

Ahh - you should have started a new thread - because this one is about king pin bushes...
There are many explanations on the forum already - have you searched back? It is EVEN MORE important to fit polyurethane bushes in the eyebolt (or a metallastic bush). Basically - you need to take the suspension load under the rear part of the lower arm, unbolt the front part and remove it - and pull the kingpin away from the rear arm (and secure it with a bit of rope) - then unload the rear arm - and gently (!) tap it backwards along the T bar splines until it clears the eyebolt. Undo the nut on the end of the eyebolt (probably a good idea to slacken it before you start) and pull the eybolt out of the chassis leg. Renew the parts - and reverse the process to put it all back together.
