Hmm... Think I've always put the pressure plate the other way up. Oh well.

Is that really likely Alex I think you would have noticed that the spring doesnt locate that way round plus the extra pressure would have made the assembly quite difficult to compress.Think I've always put the pressure plate the other way up.

No need to until the next oil change, its just that normally you are quite meticulous.I'm not certain and I don't really want to pull it apart to check.
