Muriel hurtles around West Sussex at between Warp 6 & 7 (60 - 70mph) without ill effects 
PS. only time things have fallen off is when XWL61 forgets to take all his spanners out, usualy causing a Bang Bang clatter clatter ting ting ting ting as yet another spanner bounces down the road behind me
