Whats the best way to reduce the picture on my computer?

Fotopic can resize images for you if you specify the desired width in the URL. Try this address instead for 250 pixels wide:
http://images.fotopic.net/?id=42670683&outx=250

Or Andrew's suggestion of 150 pixels:

Use a photo editing package, some have functions that allow you to re-size the picture or save "suitable for web use", nice car BTW! very smart.

Thanks, the picture is a bit poor. I have some better images I'll have to try and re-size them.

Alex, where in fotopic can you resize. I'm have my pictures on fotopic and I cant see it.

When you copy the image address, if it says &noresize=1 delete that bit, then put &outx=250 on the end. The number tells it how wide to make the image.

bigginger.com/images/new_sig.jpg is the URL, though, as I said, you'll need the http:// on the front.
