sounds good, can I get one in L, will they all be black with white? or can we also get white with black printing? (thinking mid summers day walking around in black t-shirt!!!!!)

Oh, and there are no shades of grey in there, just white on black. Screen printing should be fine with detail too, if (as I imagine they do) they make a photo stencil.

There's grey in the image you posted, but presumably that's an artefact of scaling it down. I think the problem with fine detail and silk screen printing has to do with the surface tension of the ink and the mesh size of the screen. The PCB manufacturer I use rejects silkscreen layers that contain lines less than 0.01" (0.254mm) wide.

Fair enough :D The full size image (30cm square @ 300 dpi) has only the 2 colours, honest!
