Steel rule ? Digital caliper gauge - Lidl had one last week for £8.99 - not the best in the world but ok for the money.

I know how to measure... And I do have a digital gauge to do the job, I am now well equiped again, all my stuff is over here now!

So why ask how to measure ?? It's the overall thickness from top face where rocker cover sits to bottom face which sits on the block.
