It might have been. I rewired on the assumption that the green/black and green wires were live feeds and had to be on the bottom two terminals because they were located on insulated circuit board. The third contact was visibily earthed to the motor body.From your pic of the successful
wiring you used to remove the fault this was not the correct order so was that
why you were blowing the fuse?
