My challenge is a pic of you & your first Minor. I'll give you an example, 718MMT c.1964 & just back from the coachworks after we were stuffed under the back of a lorry by a Morris 12. Small back windows, Mickey Mouse roof flashers & real hair & yes we did walk quick in those black & white days. Charlie.
Hi all, you've probably guessed I do like this game. Can I suggest a slight change in that we have one challenge per week & everyone submits their version to be judged by someone like 'healthy12' who started it all off, then the winner chooses the next challenge. That way I think we will see everyone's interesting pics plus it gives time to dig out that old pic you know you've got filed away somewhere. Charlie.

Ok, here's mine:

Taken in, er, 1989 I think, on a campsite near Blackpool - an 'end of school 6th form camping trip'.
Still got the van, a May72 registered onem though its not been on the road for a few years.

ok, here's me with my first Minor

I prefer black and white but the van was almond green, and AFAIK absolutely original except for the disc brakes. The pic was taken in the vineyard where I was working that summer, I am pointing at my colleague Louise

I think we must have borrowed the hats

Here's me with my first car, in the snow.
And that was only taken last year!

Hmm, the car actually looks quite shiny there

Thanks folks, great response.

How about the 'Challenger' judges after a week & the winner becomes the next challenger & judge & so on ? Charlie.

Sounds reasonable. A similar thing is happening over on the other forum.
Unfortunately I only have a few photos of my first Minor and I'm not in any of them.
