Heck no ! theres the odd set of roadworks ones now and then but no

think it was only about 5 years ago that the first roundabouts were installed.
Tell a lie - there is one set of traffic lights in Kirkwall on a narrow T Junction - right at the back of the town though to get to the garden center there - thats cheesed me off now, what next speed cameras !!!!

Afternoon all,
As Bill says we are now back in the frame, complete with new seats & carpets.
I will be camping at Noongallas campsite (
http://www.kline.freeserve.co.uk/) which is not far from Ludgvan on the Weds 8th. I will be picking up my wife Stephanie and the poodle from Saltash on the way north, then we will be staying with my brother in Nantwich on the Thurs. We are in Dunfermline travelodge on the Fri, then the 1845 ferry to St Margarets on the Sat. We are staying on the north of the island at Costa, on the Sat & Sun, then back on the morning ferry and as the outward run on Mon, Tues & Weds. The dog limits our hotel choice somewhat....
Anyway, see you all at LE on Thurs, if not for a beer somewhere on the Weds evening?
Bill-what time is kick off from LE?
cheers, Neil

We shall be actually staying in Land's End on the Wednesday night, and it would be nice to meet up for a beer and a chat.
As for the kick off from LE, we thought around 9.00, but could finalise this on the Wednesday evening if you like.

I have just spoken to the OVC, and they would like all those going to the show to complete an entry form which can be downloaded from the following site.
http://www.orkneycommunities.co.uk/ORKN ... pageid=388
If you could let me know when you have done this, it would be very much appreciated.

The White Heart sounds fine to me, and if we can all agree a time for the Wednesday night, it would be a good venue for discussing the final details.

I downloaded the form and filled it in last night, it's in the post now but it won't get to them before Weds.
cheers, Neil.

Just hope the weather improves for you, not nice at all lately. Long range looks like an improvement though !

Just putting the final touches to the new carpets & seats. Got to put the rear seat & loading bay back in tonight, then the parcel shelf......might also replace the fuel line as I have a new one.

I think we're not made from the same tooling ;-)
I was thinking about having a look at mine - not done any servicing since I got it, although I have fixed most of the things that died on the way home...

At the moment it's not possible to send PM's, and I would like to exchange mobile numbers for the run. If those that are coming, and haven't yet given me their numbers, could send them to
bill.hewlett@mmoc.org.uk, I will in return send them mine.

Hi Bill, please can you send them mine too...
I'm happy for my number to go round everyone in the trip

Me too.
Also, can BigGinger please email me with details about us meeting up on my way down. The easiest time for me might be Wednesday morning before I set off from Cheddar to Penzance. Email address is my first name at alexholden dot net.

Can everyone else involved confirm that they're happy for me to circulate their mobile numbers. I will then do this by PM as soon as it's working again.
