Saw these 2 beauties tonight in Winshill, Burton on Trent. Was in the 'company car' (chauffeuring the Mayor) so I couldn't hang around and have a good look but the Oxford in front is in lovely condition and the one behind has a few blemishes but quite sound. Estates have got to be quite rare but to see a pair in running condition! I know of a saloon locally that only looks good enough for spares, may try to put the owners in touch with each other.[frame]

As you say, very rare car now. I owned a saloon version (Series 111) some years ago and it was a lovely car to drive - just like a bigger Morris Minor

. I'd have kept it but my wife found it too big and it didn't really get enough use.

Spotted today but not an actual car but a photo of a Minor 1000 parked outside the Greyhound Inn which is located in Broughton in the Test Valley, district of Hampshire.
Registration of the Minor was UWN 770.
The photo was dated as pre 1969.
I was wondering if the car was still around.
Any details gratefully received.
Phil

UWN 770 not shown on DVLA web site, and also the registration is not known on the congestion charge site either.
Probably scrapped, but you never know, might be in a barn somewhere, waiting to be discovered!

Spotted on Friday 19th June. On my way to Fife via Edinburgh to visit mum and dad for the weekend. Saw a smoke grey or might have been Bermuda blue traveller on A720 Edinburgh bypass notable for the big golden Labrador sat in the back that looked as if it was being chauffeured. Then saw a lightish yellow saloon on the forth road bridge. Those sightings made my day after a long trip from the Midlands

Saw a pretty Traveller VNK108J on Monday in Kidderminster.
I have seen 5 Moggies since owning mine - 4 of which when I'm not in mine

the only one I saw when in mine was looking the wrong way to see me... oh well.

Saw a lovely traveller in Cirencester today that I've already posted on a Facebook group. I've seen a couple of Moggies around my area but have never bumped into any owners.

Spotted a beautiful pale green convertible (pre 1964) with hood down driven by a lady on Tuesday going past the bus stop at Ipswich Hospital. Never seen this car before.
Yesterday I saw a black pick-up WFU 374 in the driveway of a house in Ipswich.
Sunshine seems to bring out the Minors!

Saw a nice maroon saloon tonight on the A509 in Northamptonshire between Little Irchester and Warrington. I was driving my Stag (minor not finished yet though did lots of work on it today).
