Right, unfortunately a few of you have still not answered my email to confirm that you're joining us. If you are definitely intending to take part PLEASE let me know asap.
Numbers are well up, and as a result of the MM article there has also been considerable interest from non users of this forum.

As last year, I have requested that this event be recognised by the MMOC. This is to ensure that all participants are covered by the Club's Public Liability Insurance. Naturally if this is not possible, anyone taking part does so entirely at their own risk.

I have now received a response from the Club as follows, "Participants, whether members or non-members, are covered by their own car insurance.", i.e. they take part entirely at their own risk.

PS Numbers are continuing to grow :D

No, as the organiser I am covered by the Club's liability insurance liability. However as I understand it, participants must have their own insurance cover.

Working on them now Dennis. If there's anywhere/anything special you have in mind, please send me an e-mail and I will see what I can do.

I can now advise that everyone who confirmed to me their participation in this years event has been sents campsite details, and the campsite has been notified of their names.

If you have not yet confirmed that you would definitely like to take part, please do so urgently to avoid disappointment.
