Did you read your last issue of MM? This has resulted in me receiving a number of telephone calls and emails, which added to those from here, means we already have quite a number.
However there will also be further ads in MM in the future.

I believe that all on site accommodation has now been booked (Morris Minors Rule
) However if those not wanting to camp are quick, there maybe some nearby accommodation available.
It would be appreciated if all of those that are camping and have not yet replied, do so asap if disappointment is to be avoided.

Dear all,
It seems that possibly my last post may have been misunderstood, so I would like to clarify this.
It is only the on site accomodation (cottages) that is now fully booked, there is still plenty of room for tents and caravans.
So if you would like to come, please let me know asap so that total numbers can be passed on, and places reserved.

A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per unit.

Hi Bill any chance you can let those that don't know where the campsite is as there appear to be quite a few that do and I am a little puzzled at the lack of site info.

Basically Kevin, we are organising this in a similar way to MOT where all bookings are made through the organisers. This ensures that everyone has equal treatment and everythg runs smoothly. Unfortunately there have been instances in the past when details of the site have leaked out, and apparently bookings made outside of the organisers control caused all sorts of problems.
Everybody is welcome, all we ask is that they contact us to make the arrangements.

Hi Bill I didn't realise that there had been onsite non camping accomodation issues on previous event's of this type and can understand the reasoning behind it now.

I would just like to thank everyone on here that has now answered my emails.
We have a very good number that have confirmed, and I will be sending numbers and requirements to the campsite early in the New Year.
