speedo green light

i got this when i raided a 69 GPO van , i take it , its an flasher warning light, just below 20mph,cheers steve

STEVE, cannot find that one, the nearest is SN4423/06 which is a black faced
unit in MPH from the later Minors but yes, a green light would indicate that
the turn signal was in use.

Could that be a later Mini speedo? Or did the LCVs not have the flashing stalk??
